IIIStructure and working principle

The energy metering part of the electricity meter adopts a large-scale dedicated metering chip for control and management. The part adopts strong anti-interference and ultra-low power consumption microprocessor (CPU).

3.1 Working principle of electric energy metering section

The electric energy metering part obtains voltage samples from a voltage divider, performs current sampling through a high stability shunt, obtains a voltage current product signal through a multiplier, and then generates a counting pulse with frequency proportional to the product of voltage and current through frequency conversion.

3.2 Working principle of data processing and control section

The electric energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing through a photoelectric coupler, and then stored after calculation. The computerized electricity sales management system uses an IC card reader to write a certain amount of electricity and monitoring requirements into the IC card input table of the microprocessor system. After being processed by the CPU, it provides display, alarm, and cut-off status signals.

4Installation and use

4.1 The electricity meter shall be inspected and qualified before leaving the factory, and sealed with a lead seal before installation and use. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, relevant departments should be asked to re verify and seal it before installation and use.

4.2 The electricity meter should be installed vertically in a dry and ventilated place, and the base plate for installing the meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall, with a height of about 1.8 meters.

4.3 Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram and tighten the wiring screws. (Suggestion: Tin plating should be applied to the wires connected to the electricity meter.)

Before opening an account, the meter must be reset to its initial state using a reset card

(----), then insert the IC card into the reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user code, pre ordered power, limited power, etc. into the IC card, and create an account opening card.

4.5 When selling electricity, insert the IC card into the reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user code, pre ordered power, limited power, etc. into the IC card, generating a power purchase card.

4.6 When using, insert the IC card into the card slot marked on the surface of the electricity meter. If it is a valid card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The reading and writing of data is a process, and users must wait until they see the total remaining power before safely leaving. During the process, the screen will display the amount of electricity purchased, the remaining amount of electricity, and the total amount of electricity used. Then return the card and keep the IC card properly.

The maximum stored power of the 4.7 meter is 999999.9 kWh, and the displayed maximum value is 999999.9 kWh. When the purchased power and the remaining power in the meter exceed 999999.9 kWh, an Err09 warning will be displayed and the remaining power on the IC card will not be renewed and will continue to be saved for future use.

During the operation of the electricity meter, if the display screen flashes an alarm, it will warn the user that the power is too low and they need to purchase electricity.

4.9 When the user is overloaded with electricity, the screen will display an overload alarm and automatically restore power after three minutes of power-off protection. If the user responds by swiping their card, power can be restored immediately.

4.10 The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. One meter corresponds to one IC card. If lost, the user should go to the power supply department (electricity sales office) to replace the card.

When the remaining power of 4.11 is zero, the power meter will trip and cut off the power. At this time, inserting the IC card into the power meter once can overdraw the power supply once. The overdrawn power is set by the power supply department and displayed (overdrawn, * * -00.0). * * indicates that the power supply department has set the effective overdrawn power for the user, with a maximum power of 99KW. h- 00.0 represents the actual overdrawn electricity consumption of the user. Users should purchase electricity immediately, and there will be a shortage of electricityWhen the remaining time is zero, power cannot be supplied.
